When We Shared A Dream..
I saw your face first in my dreams
in a abandoned factory of milk
and creams
with shadows creeping in on me, it seems
I rather felt like snow white
but I had all my might
I did not faint
or vanish like wet paint
into the darkness for solace
because just then I had a glimpse of you
your angular face
with high cheekbones
your blue blue eye's
with their peculiar color tones
& your beautiful black hair
which always shone on tips
your pretty and full lips
the color of orange-ish pink
&oh! but I think I saw you
give me a wink!
Alas the shadows lay forgotten
I ran towards you till my knees
were softened
your arms held out as you caught me safe...
I woke up dazed with a start
though I knew it was a dream; without any look cast
the loss I felt had me scared
sweaty
even when, I floated asleep with a longing heart....
It felt like an era had passed
And I was sweet and twenty
when I walked into a bookstore
for I had felt you in books
and wanted to feel more
it was a passion that held me by its hooks
I was jogging rather than
walking
you would have thought there was something stalking
I really wasn't in a hurry
so I guess I had nothing to worry
before I smacked right into you
and thus together we both fell
outraged, I almost asked where
were you looking pray tell?
when there I froze and saw your eyes...
those eyes, they looked at me
filled with wonder
which sure gave me something to ponder...
I looked around to break my stare
to find something that intrigue held bare
and sure enough I saw; that as
I had fallen down,
I had creased my gown...
I refused to look at you
and I wondered I could start the day anew
though it was a lost cause; as
you pulled me up on my feet
only then did we really meet
you said my name my dear sweet
William
but still the wonder in your
gaze!
made me question in a daze
have we met somewhere
someplace?
you looked at me with bewildered eyes
as if I knew the answer devised...
at last you said what you had to share
and what you said made me stare
Once upon a dream we shared a touch, a glimpse, a look
and then I knew I wanted you
forever more; by hook or crook
once upon a distant time when I had lived in the clouds above
we fell irrevocably into love
it was when we shared a dream,
we had met again, together at
last!
it was a long time ago it might seem
but no matter how much time is
past
you are the one I'll always love and want
and hence you asked me then and
there
whether or not I could care
for the man who sat before me
Incidentally the most beautiful sight made to be...
and yes I said I loved you so
before the dream you should know
for once upon a distant past
when I lived in the clouds above
we fell irrevocably into love
it was when we shared a dream
we met again together at last
it was a long time ago it might seem
but I found you once ill find
you again
for I love you sweet William
more than any woman has loved a
man
as I've always loved you more than a
million
my sweet sweet William
